The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has declared Governor Ademola Adeleke winner in Saturday’s governorship election in Osun.
The Returning Officer, Professor Joshua Ogunwole, announced the result.
He saidvAdeleke, who was the Accord candidate, polled 511,067 votes, beating the APC candidate, Bola Oyebamiji, who got 444,815 and ADC’s Najeem Salaan, who polled 17.180 votes.
